Mark Blackburn is a blogging candidate

Mark Blackburn, the Liberal Democrat parliamentary candidate for the new Westminster North constituency, has launched a campaign blog, http://markblackburn.wordpress.com

'Mark's campaign notepad', as it's called, will give local people an insight into the candidate's thoughts and activities. This will add to the information and news that can be read on this website.

Speaking about his new blog, Mark said, "This blog offers me the opportunity to communicate with local people in an informal way, and I like that. The great thing about blogs is that readers can comment on what I have written, not just read."
